It's a New Year and (I'm sorry to mention this) the Annual Subscription is now due. They will be collected from February (I don't know who this "February" person is, but she would be more than welcome to pay my subs). Silliness aside, I believe that the friendship opportunities, together with the social and educational opportunities that we offer in a local context, represents great value for money at £20 for a year, particularly when compared with other annual subscriptions. As you will be aware, we are not here to make a profit and rely on our members getting involved and making things happen, so the more we put in, the more we get out of it. The subscription is unchanged, as is the £5 Associate Membership for members of other u3as, while the door fee for the monthly general meetings remains at £1.50.
